A Journey Within

Last week, I had the pleasure of leading a 90-minute experiential workshop for Claire Boardman's lovely community, which I have been part of for the past few years. I felt guided to talk about my love of colour, crystals and creativity, exploring the many ways we can connect with our inner world.

During our time together, I shared a little about my own background, my lifelong love of colour and creativity, and how these have become increasingly woven into my work as a healer, teacher and mentor, supporting personal and spiritual growth.

We explored how creative practices, particularly collage, can offer a wonderful way of journeying within, accessing our intuition and receiving guidance that might not always be available to us through our thinking minds.

The session also included a guided meditation, working with colour and Energy Alchemy to encourage a deeper sense of connection, calm and healing.

A Little Creative Discovery

I thought I would share one of my own recent collages, which brought a rather unexpected message. As I explored the images and words I had intuitively chosen, I began to recognise a growing desire to return to working with cloth, textiles and colourful swatches — something I hadn't consciously been considering.

It was a lovely surprise, and a reminder of how creativity can reveal what is quietly emerging within us, sometimes before we have even found the words to express it.

During the session, I also introduced the practice of SoulCollage®, which has become a particularly meaningful part of my own creative journey.

Coming Together in Sussex

As I mentioned previously, I'm also aiming to put together an in-person experience here in Sussex, bringing together colour, creativity, meditation and healing in a practical and enjoyable way.
